We specially establish the following service promises in order to make user’s rights and benefits of consumption gain the best guarantee and provide the best and fastest good-quality after-sales services.
Free Guarantee Regulation：
◆The guarantee period for the welding position and internal structure of products is one year.
◆If the product generates the quality problem within two years, the factory will be in charge of the restoration of troubles within 5-7 working days after the goods are returned.
Inapplicable Range：
The following conditions are inapplicable to this guaranteed regulation:
◆ Products are damaged due to the irresistible cause.
◆ Products are damaged due to the improper use and man-made sabotage.
Acceptance Clause：
Load goods after ex factory and acceptance. If the goods are damaged in the long-distance transportation, the carrier will assume responsibility for it, and the two parties will together negotiate with the carrier; if less-than-carload lot, the purchaser shall check if the goods are worn away in the supplier’s delivery spot. If the damage is due to the user’s improper use, the supplier will collect the maintenance or remade cost, and the user or purchaser will assume the generated charges.
